Before you complete your online order, you will be given a list of delivery options such as local pickup from our St Peters store in Adelaide, free delivery (within 40km of Adelaide CBD) or postage.
We ship all orders outside of the Adelaide 40km radius with Australia Post, and currently ship Australia wide.
Our team are working hard to make the Power Of 4 range more accessible to you, including having multiple stockist stores in every state around Australia in the very near future. Stay tuned!

So you don’t have any surprises, we’ve put together a shipping guide per state to give you an estimate on what to expect before you hit the checkout. Note, order sizes are based on weight and the best way to get an accurate cost is on the checkout page.
Delivery Times
We aim to ship your products within 72 hours of processing your order.
Orders that qualify for FREE delivery within 40km of the Adelaide CBD are made possible by utilising our fleet of employees in the field repairing and installing appliances in the metropolitan area. If our team are not scheduled to visit your suburb within 10 business days, we will ensure you receive you delivery at no extra cost through Australia Post. All Post Office (PO Box) addresses will incur a delivery charge to cover postage through the Australia Post network.

Returns Policy
We’re sure you’ll love your Power Of 4 products, but if you don’t, send it back within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll refund it. Return postage is not covered by us. Please contact us before you send back any products.
Out of stock items
Other than in respect of orders in regional or remote areas, if Power Of 4 gives you notice that it will be unable to deliver your order within 10 business days of receipt of your order, due to lack of stock, you may cancel your order without charge, and Power Of 4 will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
Damaged products
Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to help with a replacement.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: 155 Payneham Road, St Peters, SA 5069, Australia.
